Sandhya Ganapathy is the Chief Executive Officer for EDPR NA and a member of the Management Team of EDPR, the fourth-largest renewable energy producer in the world. Ganapathy joined EDPR in 2012 as Head of Investments and M&A North America. From 2017 to her CEO appointment in early 2022, she served as Global Head of Investments and M&A. Prior to joining EDPR, Ganapathy worked as an investment banker for more than a decade with regional and global banks across multiple geographies.
Under Ganapathy’s leadership, EDPR NA is leading the US domestic energy transition having developed 9.9 GW of renewables projects to date and operating close to 9 GW of renewable energy across North America.
