• The company announces it has reached an agreement for the acquisition of a 70% stake in Kronos Solar Projects GmbH;
• This transaction allows EDPR to enter into Germany and the Netherlands which benefit from ambitious renewables targets.

• EBITDA summed 976 million euros (+49% YoY).
• The company’s installed capacity increased to 13.8 GW (+1.2 GW YoY).
• Capacity under construction has reached record levels of 3.2 GW, with 1.8 GW of wind and 1.3 GW of solar.

Located in the region of Alqueva, it is the largest floating solar park in Europe in a reservoir, and the second one built in Portugal, after EDP’s pilot project in Alto Rabagão;

The energy generated by this plant, which has almost 12,000 photovoltaic panels, will supply more than 30% of the population in this region in the south of Portugal;
 
Also, in Alqueva, EDP plans to install up to 154 MW of renewable capacity in a complete hybrid farm.
