Laterza football team receives EDPR sponsorship for the first time
The sponsorship of sporting events in places where we operate is among the several initiatives of EDPR to get closer to the communities living near our wind farms.
In Italy's southern region of Puglia, EDPR has granted a subsidy in the form of an economic contribution to Laterza's local football team, a town where the company has one wind farm in operation.
In addition to sponsoring sporting activities, EDPR has done, last year, a donation for the renovation of uniforms of the local Public Safety team and currently collaborates in the construction of a children's playground and the renovation of the municipal library..
