EDPR informs about changes in corporate bodies
Madrid, May 3rd 2022: EDP Renováveis, S.A. ("EDPR") informs that following the proposal submitted by the Appointments, Remunerations and Corporate Governance Committee, the Board of Directors approved today the appointment by co-option of Mrs. Kay McCall as Independent member of the Board of Directors of EDPR, in order to fill the current vacancy.
Mrs. Kay McCall will contribute to EDPR’s Board of Directors with her deep knowledge of renewables industry with a special focus on the US market.
This appointment will enter into effect on June 1st, 2022, and will be proposed for ratification to the next General Shareholders’ Meeting.
