EDPR informs about Blackrock’s change in qualified shareholding position
Madrid, October 24th, 2024: EDP Renováveis, S.A. (“EDPR”) is providing the following information to the market:
On October 21st, 2024, Blackrock Inc. (“Blackrock”) notified EDPR that, in accordance with article 23 of Royal Decree 1362/2007 and as a result of transactions executed on October 18th 2024, reduced its shareholding to 31,119,410 voting rights, corresponding to 2.99% of the total voting rights in EDPR.
On October 24th, 2024, Blackrock notified EDPR that, in accordance with article 23 of the above-mentioned legislation, and as a result of transactions executed on October 23rd 2024, crosed the minimum threshold of 3% for qualified shareholder positions, having increased the corresponding shareholding to 31,325,007 voting rights, corresponding to 3.01% of the total voting rights in EDPR.
